Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.

Please note that innerwear, opened stationery and used items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or incorrect on delivery.
